Our Directors alone have over 55 years combined experience in all facets of the development, design, and construction industry.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture
Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design
Master of Architecture in Applied Management (1st tier)
NIDA ‘Corporate Performance’ course certificate
Previously registered Architect in New South Wales, Queensland, & Victoria (Now non-practicing)

Strengths and Experience
Conrad has over 25 years in delivering projects and has collected a large variety of project knowledge and experience ranging from large scale residential, hotel developments and commercial building spaces to retail, mixed use, industrial, and aged care work along with master planning and project feasibility studies. The proven ability to deliver significantly varied projects whilst working at stakeholder level has enabled him to see both the macro and micro environment and he specialises in the commercial management of deliverables and efficiencies at both company and project level which are always managed with exceptional outcomes.

His commercial focus and demonstrated problem solving ability has also allowed for projects to be delivered in a client/end user focused manner whilst maintaining time and cost constraints and adding core design values to outcomes. Extensive experience has allowed for him to produce award winning residential work and he has been a Director/Practice Director at both national practice and boutique design practice level.

Ian Wakefield

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management
Diploma in Building Construction
Bovis Project Management, Design Management, Finance and Commercial Management, and Total Quality Management training.

Strengths and Experience
Ian has over 40 years experience working in project delivery for major international contractors and experience in project, design and development management on many types of projects. His services are regularly sought out by large companies including Bovis Lend Lease and Laing O’Rourke which require his proven ability to deliver complex, large scale projects to extremely tight deadlines.

With advanced financial and commercial management experience, he has the proven ability to deliver profitable projects through astute negotiation and contract management along with a high understanding of the issues of buildability.  He has extensive experience in project infrastructure, procurement and delivery which have enabled excellent problem solving skills with problematic schedules and programmes. Ian has also enjoyed much success in being able to take a fresh objective look at development projects that do not work financially and obtaining solutions that are profitable to the client while being readily saleable in the market through budget/cost advice and value engineering.
